David Egbert is the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Alabama Beach Realty and has been helping clients buy and sell coastal real estate along the Alabama Gulf Coast for over 25 years. A Spanish Fort native, David grew up fishing, boating, and spending time on the water and beaches, developing a deep connection and unmatched knowledge of the coastline he proudly calls home.

With decades of experience, David has successfully guided clients through the purchase and sale of condos, bayfront and beachfront homes, development properties, motor coach resort properties, and first-time homes. His extensive market knowledge and hands-on approach allow him to help clients find the perfect piece of paradise to match their lifestyle and investment goals.
