Ronnie moved to the gulf coast area with his family and Wife/business partner, Robin McElrath, in 2001. Together, Robin and Ronnie, focused on selling investment properties to clients looking for income based real estate. With a voluminous client list and a vast knowledge of their local market, they embarked on their new adventure… and launched Alabama Beach Realty LLC. in 2011.

Their success led them to sell their business in 2019, however, their passion kept them at Alabama Beach Realty LLC. They have continued to work with those clients, most have turned into friends, that have helped them become the successful team that they are today. Ronnie is also the cofounder of the local charity 2 Angels Amongst Us.
