Upon graduation from the University of Mississippi, Robin Mcelrath dove headfirst into the commercial real estate business with Prudential Cooper Commercial Real Estate in Mobile, Alabama. She specialized in commercial “Build to Suit”, leasing, and site selection for both local and national clientele alike.

Robin moved to the gulf coast area with her family and husband/business partner, Ronnie McElrath, in 2001. Together, Robin and Ronnie, focused on selling investment properties to clients looking for income based real estate. With a voluminous client list and a vast knowledge of their local market, they embarked on their new adventure… and launched Alabama Beach Realty LLC. in 2011.

Within a few short months, Robin enhanced the business by adding the Property Management division. This new dimension saw tremendous growth, almost immediately.

Their success led them to sell their business in 2019, however, their passion kept them at Alabama Beach Realty LLC. They have continued to work with those clients, most have turned into friends, that have helped them become the successful team that they are today. Robin is also the cofounder of the local charity 2 Angels Amongst Us.
